Saturday is here with Crafters Companion

Hi there everyone

wow it’s turned cold we have blue skies but a chilly wind here in my part of the UK

some have had snow Already !!!! no way do we need that yet im not ready !!

so here is my card for today

a bright spring card to cheer you up on a chilly day like today

the image is printed from the decoupage section from the new Mulberry wood CD

I love ducks lol ….  these two are so darn cute had to cut then out and make a card

the images on the new mulberry wood CD are scrummy

something for every occasion on there do check it out ….

i have used the New Picket fence die for this card

the decorative strips at the top and bottom are the waste strips from the die cuts

why waste them…. you get some lovely effects  from the left over  when using dies

simply matted and layered onto core-dination card stock on a 8x8centrua pearl card blank

cut from the 16x16 centrua pearl card from Crafters Companion

with card candi to finish off

picket fence and butterfly die-sire die cards

Good Moring everyone

my word it’s chilly this morning winter is well on it’s way

i hope your all well in your part of the world

so today i thought i would share two cards from the new die-sire die range from

Crafters Companion

the image is from the new Mulberry wood cd decoupage section

matted onto centrua pearl with  paper lace doilies 

i then cut out two length using the picket fence stuck them end to end to make a border

added the satin ribbon bow and buttons to finish off

centura pear embossed with the large dot embossalicious folder 

die cut the squares then  the swirl  from centura pearl card

butterfly  i then cut the butterfly out in pink mirri and silver glitter card stock glued together with 3dGel

with  silver metallic bow and dew drop to finish off

Die-sire Die Card

Good Morning all

its as dull as dish water outside

really damp and miserable here fingers crossed it brightens up later

so for today i have a card using the new  Die-sire die

from Crafters Companion

this  Large Scallop frame is  a fabulous size

as you can see on this 8x8 card

the strip along the edge is the off cuts from the Picket Fence die

i wrapped some metallic thread  around to make and embellishment

i think it looks quite pretty lol waste not want not as they say the image was coloured with Spectrum Noir onto Neenah

with dew drops to finish off

New Die–sire Dies

Hi There Everyone

So sorry im late posting been finishing off a project

Crafters Companion 

have released some new dies

in the Die-sire range

here is my card using the Butterfly and Leaf swirl die

the sentiment is from Sheena Douglass stamp range heat embossed in Gold

backed onto  the panel embossed with the embossalicious folder also from Crafters Companion

with satin ribbon and dew drops to finish off

onto an 8x8 centura pearl card blank

For Today

my card is another one from the

Just my Imagination stamp range from

Jayne Nestorenko

i had fun with this one

i used the left over from a die as a stencil

used my distressing inks to colour then over stamped the tree all onto centura snow white card

embossed a a panel of plain white then matted onto orange and lime green glitter card i had in my stash

stamped the sentiment with distressing inks all layered with 3D gel

from Crafters Companion

Got Side Tracked with Flower Fairies

Im so happy

 i went up to my craft room to find something

and found 6 un-cut Flower Fairies Friends

stamp plates that i had totally forgotten i had

i can remember Crafters Companion bringing them out

it was years ago !!!!!!

  i had to colour this one in 

the Rose Fairy

in Spectrum Noir

here are the colours i have used

TN1- TN2- FS1- CR3- CR5 –HB- DG3- BG1-  GB1- GB6- GB9- FS3- FS7- CR6

i have had the most enjoyable time colouring in this afternoon

Just my Imagination

Good morning everyone

my word it’s a cold one this morning the frost is still laying here

it makes the spider webs look lovely though

for my card i have used the Stag stamp   from Jayne Nestorenko

stamped onto Neenah  mirri and centura pearl

some die’s and my embossing folders

i coloured the stamp with Spectrum Noir from Crafters Companion

then with  a tiny bit of twinkles i brushed it over the stag to give him that extra bit of sparkle

must dash  off to prepare dinner get that out of the way then fit in some crafting
