into a card

 

kept it very simple

using a die for frame  few flat backed pearls water colour paints.

Taj Mahal

Good Morning Everyone

i am so so chuffed i have been asked by the lovely

Jayne Nestroenko  if i would like to do some samples

with her Grande Journey Collection Well Yeah!!!

did a happy dance  I can tell you.

sat and coloured in the stamp of the Taj Mahl

with my spectrum noir pens 

matted and layered onto a backing paper from nit wits and some core-dination card

card candi and silver mirri and 3d Gel

i really enjoyed colouring this in

here are the colours i used

HB1- HB2- TN1- TN2- BG4- TB1- TB2- TB3- TB4- CG1- CG2- CG3- DG4- Blender

im off to Venice Next …… 

not a passport in sight but i really feel as if  I'm on my travels using these images

 these stamps are so versatile great for  men's cards too

good morning it’s friday

i hope your all well with all the rotten weather we are getting here in UK at the moment

i had plenty of time to pass while it was throwing it down

we had power cuts with the lightening brilliant  but all restored  now

so what did i get up too

i used Spectrum Noir Pens

from Crafters Companion on to Neenah for this topper

i  have remembered to save a list of colours i used

here they are

TN1- TN2- FS2- FS3-  CR3- CR7- IG1- IG3- IG5- IG7 – IG9 – black- BT1- BT4- BT5- BT7- CR8- CR9

GG1- GG2- EB1- EB2 GB3- GB5- GB8-  CG1- CG2- CG3- HB1- HB2- OR1- OR2- OR3-  LY1-

and a water colour using the same stamp 

i stamped onto Crafters Companion water colour paper

used  winsor and newton water colour paints to colour her in

i love this colour combo of orange green and turquoise

a little water colour for this afternoon

what blooming weather we are having here !!

i think we have had a bit of everything thrown at us today

anyway  seeing it’s been horrid i thought i would   water colour paint the Geisha

from Jayne’s new stamps not done much water colouring of late

 

the nice thing with water colours you get to add  back grounds once your finished the image

will make it into a card later got to get some tea prepared in case the power goes off again

hope you have missed the thunder and lightening where you are

Good Morning Everyone

had another stamping and colouring session last night

with my Spectrum Noirs  from

Crafters Companion

and the

Geisha stamp from

Jayne Nestorenko

i had no idea what colours i was going to use….. so i goggled Geisha….. to see what colours they do wear ?

  was so surprised that they wear alot of greens pinks and reds together

i decided to go to the green side with just a touch of pink 

the backing paper are from Nitwits the flowers are Flora Doodles from my stash

matting and layering onto core-dination and gold mirri

i have to say  this is the second oriental card i have ever made but won’t be my last

Jayne's Card Finished

I got it made into a card  

and added the bling lots of glitter and heat embossing 

using the fancy corner from the stamp set 

 it's a white with gold  glitter embossing powder 

not showing up in picture though added some crystal glitter to the image and a few flat backed gems here and there the backing paper is from a Nit wit  kit and core-dinations is from

a little christmas card

Hi everyone been missing for few days 

had some me time from cards

had a beautiful day Sunday with my eldest son inviting me to lunch

then i watched my granddaughter while they went out

boy i was shattered yesterday 3 year olds have far too much energy lol

spent yesterday relaxing

so here is my card
