Final peeps at Swalk and Humpfrey stamps

i had so much fun with this stamp useing lots of colours ..... building up the form and shapes in layers
i used greys to dull down the browns so that i would get a rich colour all round....
hopeing  the red seat  would frame the image.........  after all she is a girl about town enjoying a nice glass of rich full bodied red wine.....the  touquise for that extra splash of colour
mounted onto a red scalloped square then onto 2 embossed pieces of white card stock with some gingham ribbon and card candy

here is a little water colour i made the horse shoe template to keep in with the stamp
i embossed with a darice heart folder then used  gell to place the cut out stamp and the flowers and a few pearl strands with  small white satin bows all layered onto white pearlised paper cut with a punch.

here i coloured in the stamps with spectrum noir pens.... cut him out and matted onto  navy card stock then fixed on a spring so he wobbles ..........after all he is puddle jumping
i then printed off the 3 different papers from the swalk cd matted them onto navy card stock  there are some extra splashes with crystal glitter on but they are not showing up in picture.... to finish a few card candies in matching colours

this little fellow is my favorite image i coloured him in and decided to do a spotty back ground so that he stood out ......cut him out with  scalloped nestie die and distressed the edges matted and layered onto contrasting core-dination card stock distressed as befor then added some buttons and the odd pearl  here and there.

this card reminds me of my Aunties wedding we were dressed in greens and gold
the papers were from the Humpfrey CD matted on to contrasting card stock with a few flowers and pearl strands and silk ivy leaves

a big congratulations to the winner of the blog hop
Diana
i hope you enjoy your prize

decided to share another little darling with you all this tea time....

i have been visiting my mum  today had a lovely couple of hours sat in her garden chatting........ i have been telling her about the new stamps and pens she doesnt always get to see what im playing with .....

this one i decided to keep plain and simple coloured it in with the spectrum noir pens but decided to go with a cream colour instead of grey i did used some greys but only for shadeing ...pinks reds with 2 greens and the colourless blender
the ribbon under skirt and flowers i used the sakura pen just for that touch of sparkle the image is on the insert as i wanted to have a aparture card with lace doiley and some glass glitter around the opening on the front i covered .......the insert where the colours had come through got covered with another lace die cut
alittle sating ribbon and some pearls and just 1 flower job done
i hope your all going to have as much fun as i have ................if you get the stamps

sneaky peep 3

Well i did say 3

 one for the girls
this card was inspired by a very talented lady called Marlena her circle side stepper .....when i saw this i had to try and make one..... she has kindly put a tutorial on her blog
but i didnt have the large nestie circle die so  i used a side plate and a saucer for matting and layering onto A4 card stock cut around the larger circle with scallop scissors
i sprayed some plain white paper with crafters companion iredecent glitter spray and punched out the flowers  added pearls for the centers..... with the smaller circle i embossed that with swiss dot folder then added some card candy the base card was ready to decorate
it had to be this little sweetie coloured in with spectrum noir pens  i used the light greys and pinks the sentiment was heat embossed in gold

blue for a boy  doesnt he look a darling in blue... the paper is from the Humfrey CD ....... yep you guessed it  i coloured him in with the yummy new pens they are a delight to work with made a lace panel with a ms punch cut out the  little fellow with a nestie circle die and mounted it on a Marianne die i got from joanna sheen added a few flat backed pearls  satin ribbon and a single rose from wild orchid

finally Double Trouble.....one for twins  done in Spectrum Noir yellows useing the layering i do to get the depth of colour i need ....... pale grey with a tiny touch of pink for cheeks and ears ..
i stamped the image made a mask and stamped again TWINS simple lol
then  useing grand decal nestie to make the easle card  i set too decorating

i  distressed around the edges with tim holtz ink i think it was wild honey?then sprayed with the crafters companion glitter spray  added some carnations and ribbon from wild orchid and a few  flat back pearls velvet ribbon on the stopper
i hope you have enjoyed my 3 sneaky peeps today
thank you for popping by

Sneaky Peep 2

Good Morning all
have you joined in on the blog hop?

while sitting watching a cooking programme useing cheese ...............you know the sort i mean!!!!!!!!!!
i got the idea to use my nestie circle dies and grand caliber with some acetate

armed with low tack tape that my friend  gave me  bless her.....i secured the dies in place on the front of an 8 x 8"card  blank ran it through my caliber and then embossed while they were still in place
once that was done i cut out the different colours from core-dination card with the same dies then placed them through the holes............
i  use wet glue to give me time to get them in the right place then cut a piece of acetate to fit the inside of the front it gave the card some much needed support  lol.....

once that was done i stamped my little fellow twice ... coloured 1 with Spectrunm Noir pens the other i left blank as i needed that for the inside of the card   to hide the gel glue

i used the reds browns blues greys and the yellow 6 packs
the sentiment was inked in several colours of versa mark inks the little small ink pads  i wanted a rainbow effect ...added a heart button and a few card candy in matching colours ........
you just dont know where and when the inspiration will hit you .............lol im very pleased how it turned out

thank you for popping by today have a great day!

hi everyone thought i would share another card today spoiling you or what lol
this little fellow is just so darn cute i fell in love with him all over again
he is one of the New Stamps from Crafters Companion

i water coloured him in this time just for a change....... the shoes have glaze on them  it was still drying when i took the picture thats why its cloudy.
anyway  here we go............. what did i use
versa mark smokey grey ink pad  water colour paper and water colour paints
i made the template for the front  so it fits on a A4 folded sized piece of  core card stock  the dungarees side was sanded to give it the worn look...... matted and layered the turn ups and pocket with scraps of same card   stamped the words it's one of the sentiments on the stamp plate then distressed around the edges with tim holtz inks
the backing paper was from the humfrey CD...
did some faux stitching with a gel pen and some glitter added the cut out little fellow with gel and a couple of buttons from my stash i know your gonna all fall in love with him he is a darling
thank you for popping by have a great evening

good morning everyone
yep the colouring festival continues here in my little part of the world
im just having so much fun with the Spectrum Noir pens

this little stamp image took alittle longer to colour simply because i used just TWO colours from the Essentials pack
the colours i used are: 99...109

to get this effect i built up each layer to get the depth of colour i was happy with.... i think it works just imagine how many images you could create just useing two pens................. oh i dread to think .......... spelling and maths were never my best subjects at school lol.....
im going to make up the images i have shared today into cards so its sticking and glueing for me ..
i hope you all have a great day
