one for the girls
this card was inspired by a very talented lady called Marlena her circle side stepper .....when i saw this i had to try and make one..... she has kindly put a tutorial on her blog
but i didnt have the large nestie circle die so i used a side plate and a saucer for matting and layering onto A4 card stock cut around the larger circle with scallop scissors
i sprayed some plain white paper with crafters companion iredecent glitter spray and punched out the flowers added pearls for the centers..... with the smaller circle i embossed that with swiss dot folder then added some card candy the base card was ready to decorate
it had to be this little sweetie coloured in with spectrum noir pens i used the light greys and pinks the sentiment was heat embossed in gold
blue for a boy doesnt he look a darling in blue... the paper is from the Humfrey CD ....... yep you guessed it i coloured him in with the yummy new pens they are a delight to work with made a lace panel with a ms punch cut out the little fellow with a nestie circle die and mounted it on a Marianne die i got from joanna sheen added a few flat backed pearls satin ribbon and a single rose from wild orchid
finally Double Trouble.....one for twins done in Spectrum Noir yellows useing the layering i do to get the depth of colour i need ....... pale grey with a tiny touch of pink for cheeks and ears ..
i stamped the image made a mask and stamped again TWINS simple lol
then useing grand decal nestie to make the easle card i set too decorating
i distressed around the edges with tim holtz ink i think it was wild honey?then sprayed with the crafters companion glitter spray added some carnations and ribbon from wild orchid and a few flat back pearls velvet ribbon on the stopper
i hope you have enjoyed my 3 sneaky peeps today
