the template was from the internet sorry i caunt remember which site i got it from....
i printed both sides of card stock then distressed the edges added some faux stitching a touch of satin ribbon coloured in with promarkers
then water coloured the Sweet Little fellow onto water coloured paper matted and layered with scalloped Nesties and disstressd the edges with tim holts inks wild honey and antique linen the larger die shape was coloured on plain white card stock with these inks  as i wanted it all to match .....

Sneaky Peek 4

hi everyone
the clock is counting down now for the launch ..dont forget to book your seat in front of the TV...
im so looking forward to the show......

here i thought i would do some stacking ..........i love these they are so easy to cut out and assemble every layer is numbered so you dont have to worry about getting the layers wrong....... there is even a little finished sample for you to follow
me being thrifty i used these to make gift tags or to put either on the back or as part of the insert....

to make this card i used........ A4 white linen card stock folded in half a sheet of Crafters companion pearlised paper which i printed off a backing paper from the CD using the colouriser to get the same shade of pink that's in the topper,
scrap piece of mirri card some flowers from wild orcid small amount of organza ribbon.... crystal beads and gold peel offs and pearl strands ..oh and a Martha stewart punch...

to get the shape on the top of the card i traced around a die and cut it out....

i think this would make a lovely card for a little girl for Christmas..

how is your quest going to find the letters over on the news and inspiration blog?????????
you never know you might be a winner

well thats all for now folks catch you again tomorrow
thank you for popping by

Sneaky peek 3 Rainbow Snowman ...

this little card is N0 3 of the Snowman range it wont be long now till he hits the your TV screens .........

to make this card i used a Pearlised card blank holographic card some water colour paper water colour paints organza and velvet ribbon acetate a snow flake die and a scalloped nestie ,crushed glass glitter and a few crystal beads

to get the rainbow effect in back ground mix up some puddles of paint in red yellow and blue.. wet all the area you need to cover in clean water ... then while still wet drop in the colours dont move the colours the water on paper will do the work for you.and if by magic you have a rainbow back ground then i just added the other colours to the snowman himself he is a cutie and so easy to colour in........
to get the snow fakes i covered the acetate shape  in diamand glaze then covered in glass glitter left to dry they really do look frosty...

if i remember right in the movie there is a scene where the sky is all different colours ...aurora borealis..........wow i had to check  spelling  lol ..... that's how this card came about .........

have you remembered to jot down the hidden letters for a chance to win these goodies from Crafters Companion ?
do pop over and join in the hunt.....
thank you for popping by
