two for today

Good morning  to you all

today i thought i would share two projects that i coloured yesterday

P1040899

i used the Pansy stamp from Sheena Douglass

coloured in with my spectrum noir pens using  LY1- LY3- GB3- GB5-  CG2 – CG3- DG4 – IG10 - GG1- GG2

I distressed the edges and over stamped with a little corner stamp from Barbara Grey

matted onto contrasting core-dination card and silver mirri  the satin ribbon is from Crafters Companion

the gem i changed it’s colour also using my pens it was green.

P1040898

for this project i coloured  the little girl image the other day but wanted a frame the only thing i had here were the fusion

Papier-mâché  frames from Crafters companion as some will know  that do fusion they are a yucky tan colour …

so out came my pens this was an experiment…. i had no idea if it would work…..

coloured direct onto the frame i did some wood grain type lines in 3 of the browns then went over it all in bg5 to blend the lines out  the pens did a fantastic job im really impressed with how they coloured  direct to frame it even has a slight sheen to it now it’s dried

so i now have a faux wooden picture frame

thank you for popping by today
